Azerbaijan says France laying floor for brand new regional struggle by arming Armenia

BAKU: Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev accused France on Tuesday of making situations for a brand new struggle within the South Caucasus by supplying arms to Armenia.
Aliyev used a speech at a convention on decolonization in Baku to ship a scathing broadside towards France, which mentioned final month it had agreed new contracts to produce navy gear to Armenia.
